This is a Pink Bourbon cultivar from El Porvenir, a 16-hectare farm in Palestina, Huila, Colombia. The coffee is produced by Juan Jimenez, a second-generation farmer with over 40 years of coffee cultivation experience. The processing method is washed. The flavor profile features structured acidities with pungent notes of sweet lemon and grapefruit. This microlot coffee is suitable for both espresso and filter brewing methods.
