This exceptional coffee from Colombia is produced by Jorge Mira. It features an expressive and fruit-forward character achieved through a complex fermentation process, including a thermal shock method where coffee cherries are washed with 45°C water. This light roast profile results in an intensely aromatic and sweet cup with vibrant notes of mango, rhubarb, and hibiscus, reminiscent of fruit salads and cream soda.
Rob and Vikki Hodge founded Rave Coffee in Cirencester in 2011. The roastery moved into a renovated building on Phoenix Way in spring 2023, housing two Loring roasters, a 70kg and the original 35kg. They roast to order daily and have accumulated over 24,000 five star reviews. The Independent voted their subscription the Best Overall Coffee Subscription in 2024.
