The beans are grown in agroforestry with shade trees at altitude, utilizing sustainable farming practices without synthetic inputs. This coffee represents the Fellows Farms Project, which supports partner farmers in enhanced agronomical and processing practices while maintaining traceability to international specialty coffee markets.
