Single-origin washed coffee from Colombia's Huila region, sourced from the Huila Condor Project. Grown at 1500-1900 meters altitude, this blend features Colombia, Caturra, and Castillo varieties. The coffee displays bright, fruity characteristics with tasting notes of golden apple, canary melon, yuzu, caramel, and roasted almond. Roasted to an omni profile suitable for both espresso and filter extractions.
