About This Coffee

Colombia Huila Geisha whole bean coffee grown at 2350-2450 meters altitude. This coffee features the Geisha variety processed using an innovative anaerobic honey method. The skins are removed and cherries with flesh are fermented in an anaerobic environment for approximately 150 hours, then sun-dried on patios for 18 days alongside lemongrass, which adds additional complexity to the aroma. Recommended for filter brewing with tasting notes of floral, lemon zest, bergamot, and Earl Grey.
