This exclusive coffee is grown in the Nariño region of Colombia by producer Liz Escobar and her relative Filipe. It is a Gesha variety coffee processed using the washed method. The flavor profile features notes of jasmine, strawberries, and brown sugar. This coffee is recommended to rest for 2-3 weeks from the roast date to fully develop its flavors.
