This Geisha variety coffee is grown at Finca Villa Maria in the Huila region of Colombia at an altitude of 1,300 to 1,800 meters. It undergoes a unique 'Lemon Candy Natural' process, which involves a 24-hour fermentation followed by a 48-hour soak with select fruits. This light roast coffee offers a vibrant flavor profile featuring notes of jasmine, lemon candy, orange blossom, yuzu, and white flower syrup, resulting in a sweet, fruity cup with a floral finish.
