About This Coffee

A single-origin coffee from Finca Hawaii, operated by the Cafe Granja La Esperanza family of farms in Colombia — the largest sole-producer of Mokka on the planet. The Mokka variety is one of the oldest Arabica types, a hybrid of Yemeni Mocha and tall Brazilian Typica, known for small cherries, tiny round beans, and low-caffeine content. Processed as a natural with 48-hour anaerobic fermentation in open-air barrels (25–28°C), followed by solar drying. Available in Filter Roast (Raspberry, Lemon, White Floral, Nectarine, Passion Fruit, Mango, Cacao Nibs) and Espresso Roast (Grape, Mixed Berries, Passion Fruit, Dried Mango, Plum, Peach, Chocolate-coated Raisin).
