This single-origin coffee is a Pink Bourbon variety from Finca El Trebol, located in Pitalito, Huila, Colombia, at an altitude of 2026 meters. Produced by Francisco Enriquez Alvarado, the coffee is processed using a washed method with a 40-hour fermentation period. It features a flavor profile characterized by red berries, floral botanicals, and ruby grapefruit. The coffee is grown using shade-growing agroforestry practices, which contribute to its distinct floral and fruity qualities.
