Colombia El Paraiso Espresso is a coffee from the Nariño region of Colombia. It comes from the El Paraiso farm and is produced by Jose Ignacio Gomez. The variety is Typica and the bean is processed natural (sun-dried in the cherry). Flavor notes include mango and berries, contributing a fruity, sweet profile typical of natural-processed coffees.
