This coffee is a Pink Bourbon variety from the El Origen Coffee Farm in Montenegro, Quindío, Colombia. Grown at an altitude of 1380-1400 meters, it undergoes a thermal shock washed process. The flavor profile is characterized by sweet-tart notes of white peach and orange blossom, complemented by pink grapefruit, honey, and a candy-like texture. This light roast coffee offers a bright and complex cup.
