Single-origin Tabi variety coffee from El Meson farm in El Roble, San Agustín, Huila, Colombia, grown at 2020 meters altitude by Don Javier Burbano. Washed and fermented for 72 hours in sealed plastic bags, then dried for 15 days. Roasted for espresso with rich, subtle flavor profile featuring cherry, dark chocolate, sticky toffee, and grape jelly notes. Complex and expressive character in a dark-roasted style.
