Colombia Chiroso is a single-origin coffee from the Garzan region of Huila, Colombia, grown at 1,950 meters on the 1959 Bella Vista Estate. This high-altitude coffee features the Chiroso variety and is processed using Double Washed Anaerobic method. It offers a sweet, dessert-like profile with apricot and smoked cinnamon notes, blending sweetness and umami in a unique, specialty anaerobic coffee.
