This micro-lot coffee is sourced from the Las Margaritas farm, managed by Rigoberto and Luis Herrera in Caicedonia, Valle del Cauca, Colombia. Grown at an elevation of 1570 to 1850 meters, this coffee features the rare Sudan Rume variety. It is processed using a classic washed method, resulting in a crisp and clean profile. The cup offers bright notes of sweet honeydew, ripe yellow peach, and a refreshing hint of lemongrass, providing a refined and balanced experience.
