This coffee is a micro-lot from the Las Margaritas farm, located in the Caicedonia region of Valle del Cauca, Colombia, at an altitude of 1570-1850 meters. Produced by Rigoberto and Luis Herrera, this Sudan Rume variety is processed using the washed method. The cup profile is characterized by bright notes of sweet honeydew and ripe yellow peach, with a refreshing hint of lemongrass. This light roast offers a crisp, clean, and balanced experience, highlighting the unique botanical character of the Sudan Rume cultivar.
