This coffee undergoes a meticulous Hybrid Washed processing method: initial fermentation for 19-22 hours, pulping without water, followed by 35 hours of aerobic fermentation, full washing, and mechanical drying at 35-45°C to 10.5% moisture. The beans offer aromatic notes of lemon zest, white peach, bergamot, and floral hints, with palate flavors of yuzu, peach, honey, and frangipani.
