The bean is Pink Bourbon variety and processed using Honey. Flavor notes include Bombón Cherry, red fruits, honey, and caramel, with mid aroma intensity, a medium body, and medium–high intensity. This single-origin coffee highlights the region’s profile and the honey processing method.
