A Pink Bourbon variety coffee from Las Marias Estate in Pijao, Quindio, Colombia, processed by CAFE 1959. Grown at 1,900 meters above sea level and processed using an anaerobic washed (double-washed) method. Flavor notes include papaya, dragonfruit, pear, mangosteen, green apple, and green grape. A fruity, aromatic filter coffee with tropical and stone fruit characteristics.
