This lot comes from Buesaco, located at 1950 meters above sea level in the department of Nariño, Colombia. The region is characterized by mountainous topography and a cold climate perfect for slow cherry maturation that leads to a sweeter and more complex cup. Coffees from Buesaco are harvested from May to August. This is a washed processed regional blend produced by a collection of smallholders. Cofinet works with farmers through their partners at cooperatives such as Alianza Café and Terra.
