About This Coffee

This washed Gesha coffee is produced at Finca Tres Esquinas in Planadas, Tolima, Colombia. The lot undergoes cherry flotation, water-assisted washing with a small amount of mucilage, and two fermentation stages (42–48 hours each) followed by 15 days of drying under Marquesinas.
