A natural processed single origin coffee from the Huila region of Colombia, sourced from Las Marías farm at 1600 meters altitude. The variety is Aji Bourbon. This natural processed coffee features a round body with notes of creamy caramel and red apple, with papaya notes emerging as it cools. The processing involves 84 hours of water submersion in tanks, followed by approximately 16 days of sun drying and mechanical finishing in a silo, with a 30-day stabilization period in cherry.
