Single-origin coffee from Colombia, specifically from the Quindío region in Armenia. Produced by Jairo Arcila at Casa Negra farm, cultivated at altitudes between 1350-1400 meters. The coffee is 100% Arabica Caturra variety, processed using a washed and fermented method with 30 hours of water fermentation. Grown in volcanic soil enriched by volcanic ash, hand-harvested at peak ripeness, and carefully dried under controlled conditions. Features flavor notes of chocolate, caramel, lime, and spices with a rich profile and bright acidity.
