A single origin natural processed coffee from the Minas Gerais region of Brazil, produced by Latitudes Grand Cru from three farms: Fazenda Torre, Fazenda Boa Vista, and Fazenda da Pedra. Grown at 950 masl by farmers Francisco Ramos, Carla Alburquerque, and Silvia Mariano. The varietals include Mundo Novo, Tupi, and Icatu. Medium roasted with a sweet and balanced profile featuring tasting notes of chocolate, almond, and brown sugar. Suitable for both filter and espresso brewing. Cup score: 81.50 (SCA).
