About This Coffee

This medium-dark roast signature espresso blend is a Great Taste 3 Star Award Winner. The blend consists of 50% Brazil from Fazenda Castanas, 40% El Salvador from Finca Bonanza, and 10% Sumatra from Bener Meriah. Brazil component is naturally processed while El Salvador and Sumatra components are washed. Varieties include mixed Brazilian varieties, Red Bourbon from El Salvador, and Tim Tim, Caturra, and Typica from Sumatra. The coffee offers tasting notes of chocolate and hazelnuts with a full-bodied, smooth, and sweet profile. Selected blend components are Rainforest Alliance certified while others are certified organic.
