About This Coffee

Chelbesa is a natural processed Ethiopian coffee from the Yirgacheffe region at 1950-2200 meters altitude. The coffee is produced by Hailu Figa through the SNAP company, sourced from 476 small producers around the village of Chelbesa. Grown in semi-forest under shade trees, the beans develop complex, fruity, and floral characteristics with stone fruit notes. Heirloom variety with tasting notes of apricot and nougat.
