A single-origin coffee from Café Granja La Esperanza's Potosí farm, located in Caicedonia, Valle del Cauca, Colombia, at 1,400–1,860 meters above sea level. The variety is Sidra Hybrid. Processing involves 40 hours of fermentation in whole cherries, followed by a second fermentation in mucilage for 20 hours, then dried in a mechanical dryer for 72 hours — a washed/double-fermented method.
