Washed fermentation process with a light roast emphasizing white and yellow berry characteristics. SCA score 91.75. Flavor notes include bergamot and honey in aroma, sugar cane, honey, and hops in flavor, with macadamia and white pepper aftertaste. Light body with juicy character and citric orange acidity. Roasted by Coffea Circulor using conduction heat application.
