This Burundi Ngozi Gihere is a natural-processed coffee from the Ngozi region (Gihere farm). It features Bourbon varietal beans sourced from smallholder producers, grown at 1650–1950 meters above sea level. The coffee is described with flavor notes of vanilla cream, blueberry jam, caramelised pear, and brown sugar syrup, with delicate sweetness and balanced acidity. The producing washing station (Gihere) collaborates with many smallholders to produce microlot lots that are blended from multiple producers within Ngozi.
