This Bulaago coffee is sourced from 179 smallholder farmers in the Bulaago community on Mount Elgon, Uganda. Grown in volcanic soils at altitudes between 1,700 and 2,000 meters, this coffee is a field blend of SL14 and SL28 cultivars. It undergoes a traditional washed process, including depulping, fermentation, and drying on raised beds. The flavor profile features citrus fruit notes, quince, and fresh pine, complemented by a honeyed sweetness and a clean, snappy finish.
