A single origin decaf coffee from Northern Huila, Colombia, grown at 1500–1800 masl by producer ASOPEP. Grade 1 Arabica beans comprising Caturra, Colombia, and Castillo varieties, processed using the Washed EA Decaf method — pulped, fermented in water-filled tanks for 12–18 hours, then washed and dried for 12–15 days. Medium roast with tasting notes of chocolate brownie, cherry, and caramel. Scored 86.00 on the cup score. Suitable for both filter and espresso brewing.
