Fazenda Santa Clara (Campo das Vertentes, Oliveira, Minas Gerais) is a single‑farm Brazilian coffee produced by Paulo Afonso de Resende at 1060–1090 masl. The lot is Yellow Catucai, natural processed and roasted as an espresso roast. Tasting notes highlight milk chocolate, hazelnut and Nutella alongside a subtle orange note and cane sugar sweetness, producing a round, balanced cup with a pleasant, syrupy body.

Drip Roasters is a Bern-based specialty coffee roastery run by brothers Dennys and Fabian. They'd been roasting for two years before opening their café on Eigerplatz in 2020. All their coffees are single origins. The lineup is balanced, from beans that are roasted a shade darker for broader appeal, to special lots that sit on the lighter end. The selection shifts depending on the season, and especially after origin visits, but is always fully traceable.
