This coffee is from the Cerrado Mineiro region in Brazil, produced by Ademir Francisco Pereira at Fazenda Bela Vista. The farm has been cultivating coffee since 1994, with Ademir focusing on specialty coffee since 2010. It is a natural processed coffee made from Mundo Novo variety beans grown at 1250 meters altitude. The flavor profile is full-bodied and round with notes of milk chocolate and nuts.
