This single-origin Brazilian coffee comes from the Divisa and Sítio Campo farms in Carmo de Minas, Mantiqueira mountains, at 1000–1300m altitude. It is a Yellow Catuai varietal and is processed via natural drying (sun/air-dried cherry, then mechanical drying). In the cup, it offers caramel, marzipan, and brownie notes with a rich, balanced profile.
