About This Coffee

This coffee is a single-origin decaf from Brazil's Cerrado region in southwestern Minas Gerais, grown at altitudes between 900–1,250 meters. It is a natural-processed lot graded NY 2/3 screen 17/18, composed of Mundo Novo, Catuaí, and Bourbon varieties. The coffee offers a full-bodied and well-balanced cup with a round mouthfeel, pleasant acidity, and rich chocolate notes. It is smooth, consistent, and easy-drinking with crowd-pleasing depth.
