This Gesha variety coffee is grown at 1,150 meters in the Tapira region of Cerrado Mineiro, Brazil, at the Fazendas Rodomunho farm. Produced by the Corsi family, the coffee undergoes an anaerobic natural process involving 70 hours of fermentation in sealed tanks followed by a 45-day slow drying period. The resulting cup is floral and fruit-forward, featuring tasting notes of orange creamsicle, soft florals, cranberry, and honey, offering a balanced and sweet profile.
