BLOOM Decaf is a 100% Arabica decaffeinated coffee produced by Grownd, Germany's first specialty decaf company. The coffee is decaffeinated using a gentle sugarcane method, resulting in a sweeter flavor profile. It is grown sustainably, harvested ripe, and finely processed by dedicated farmers. The coffee is designed for filter brewing and comes in 250g recyclable packaging.
Originally established in 2002 by founders Sascha Spittel and Robert Stock as Tres Cabezas and rebranded to 19grams in 2018, this Berlin-based roastery has been a pioneer in bringing specialty coffee to Germany when the movement was barely recognized in the country.
