About This Coffee

This Chiroso variety coffee is grown at Blackmoon Farm in Panama at an altitude of 1700 meters. It is an anaerobic natural processed coffee, fermented with yeast for 24 hours followed by 12 hours of oxidation, then dried slowly for 49 days. The flavor profile features notes of fig, basil, and red fruits. This coffee is roasted to a very light level and is suitable for both filter and modern espresso brewing methods.

Taith Coffee is an owner operated specialty roastery, ceramic studio, and bookshop on the High Street in Lewes, East Sussex. Coffee is roasted on site, with a light roast philosophy designed to bring out big, distinctive flavours from boutique growers around the world.
