About This Coffee

This coffee is a Chiroso variety grown by Jorge Rojas at Finca El Proceso in the Tolima region of Colombia at 2050 meters altitude. It is a washed coffee processed at the La Roca plant in Planadas, where cherries are floated, pulped, rested overnight, and washed before being dried for fifteen days in marquesinas. The flavor profile features notes of forest fruits gelato, black tea, and florals.
