This coffee is a washed lot from the Bench Maji Zone in Ethiopia's South West Ethiopia Peoples' Region. Grown by smallholder farmers at altitudes between 1,400 and 2,000 meters, this coffee is cultivated in traditional agroforestry systems. It features a clean profile with structured acidity, characterized by notes of stone fruit, floral aromatics, and brown sugar sweetness. This coffee is specifically roasted for filter brewing methods.
