The Ethiopian component provides elegant, floral, and light notes, while the Brazilian beans add a sweet, caramel-like, and syrupy body. This medium-bodied coffee is balanced and smooth, featuring flavor notes of milk chocolate, caramel, and floral undertones. Girls Who Grind Coffee

Girls Who Grind Coffee was founded in 2017 by Fi O'Brien and Casey LaLonde in Wiltshire. Fi, originally from Australia, handles brand and design; Casey, from upstate New York, is head roaster and a qualified Q Grader who has been working in coffee since 2006. The roastery sources exclusively from women coffee producers. Through their Cheek to Cheek initiative, 10% of all retail coffee sales goes directly to the women farmers and producers they work with, on top of fair pricing for the green coffee itself. Casey roasts on a Giesen, developing profiles on an IKAWA sample roaster. Each retail bag features an illustrated portrait representing the spirit of the producer, designed by Fi and her husband.
