Ayla Shantawene is a single-origin coffee from the Sidama region of Ethiopia. The coffee is fully washed and dried on raised beds, with an altitude around 1950 meters. Cultivar: Heirloom varieties. Origin notes reference smallholder producers around the Shantawene kebela and the Ayla washing station. Tasting notes include white peach, floral, and orange sorbet.
