About This Coffee

This coffee is a washed Ethiopia Yirgacheffe from the Gotiti washing station in the Gedeb woreda. Produced by 868 smallholder farmers at an elevation of 2,000–2,200 meters, it features the 74158 variety. The coffee is processed by depulping, traditional fermentation, and slow drying on raised beds. It offers an intensely floral profile with tasting notes of jasmine, lychee, bergamot, and white grape. This light roast is characterized by its elegant and ethereal qualities.
