This coffee is sourced from the Arsosala washing station in the Guji region of Ethiopia. Grown at an altitude of 1800 meters, these beans are processed using the natural method, where the coffee is dried within the cherry. This results in a coffee suitable for filter, boiled, or press brewing methods. The beans are roasted for filter brewing.
