About This Coffee

This coffee is produced by farmer Anun in the Doi Chang village of Mae Suai district, Chiang Rai, Thailand. Grown at an altitude of 1,350 to 1,400 meters, this coffee is a mix of varieties cultivated in a shaded environment alongside forest trees and temperate fruits. The cherries are fermented in a cool environment before being washed. This light roast coffee offers a delicate flavor profile characterized by notes of white tea, milk jujube, and macadamia.
