This single-origin coffee comes from the Alo village in the Bensa district of the Sidama region in Ethiopia, grown at an elevation of 2350 meters. It is a 74158 variety coffee processed using the natural method. The flavor profile features distinct notes of blueberry, blood orange, and mangosteen. This light roast is recommended for filter brewing, though espresso recipes are also provided.
