This coffee is a washed Papayo from Los Guaduales farm in Huila, Colombia, produced by Yuri Montanchez at 1700–1720 meters altitude. The cherries undergo a complex aerobic washed process: 12 hours fermentation in wooden hopper, 48 hours dry fermentation in tiled tank, followed by 10 hours wet fermentation under water. Solar dried for 16–20 days. The cup displays orange blossom, yellow plum, tangerine sweetness, orange zest, and floral clarity. This lot marks Yuri's first international micro lot following her father's passing in 2021.
