This Geisha coffee is produced by José Luttrell at the Abu farm in the Boquete region of Panama, grown at an altitude of over 1550 meters. It undergoes an anaerobic natural process, which enhances its expressive character. The flavor profile is juicy and vibrant, featuring notes of ripe cherry and red fruit, followed by exotic pineapple. As it cools, the cup becomes more floral with distinct rose notes, characteristic of Panamanian Geishas. This coffee is best enjoyed slowly and allowed to cool to fully appreciate its complexity.
