This coffee is produced by A may in the Doi Chang village of Thailand at an altitude of 1,300 meters. It is a blend of Catimor and other varieties, processed using the Black Honey method. The coffee is roasted to a light level and offers a flavor profile characterized by notes of pomelo, coconut sugar, black tea, and brown sugar.
