A naturally processed single-origin coffee from Kayon Mountain Farm in Shakiso, East Guji, Ethiopia. The farm is a 500-hectare estate owned and operated by Ismael Hassen Aredo and family since 2012, located 510 kilometers south of Addis Ababa in the Oromia region. Grown at 1,900–2,200 masl, this coffee features varieties 74110 and 74112, harvested in January 2021. Tasting notes include apricot, cherry, lime, and chocolate. Roasted light/medium, suitable for both filter and espresso. Cup score: 86.0.
