Black Mamba is a premium AA-graded, single origin coffee from the Marua region of Kenya, produced by the Marua Farmers Cooperative Society. Located between the Aberdare Ranges and Mount Kenya at 1700–2000 masl, the cooperative has 400 farmers growing high-quality Arabica on rich volcanic soil. The coffee features SL-28 and SL-34 varieties and is washed using water from River Sagana, with 16–18 hours of fermentation and 12–20 days of drying. Tasting notes include Black Currant, Chocolate Truffle, Red Currant, Marmalade, and Black Tea, with a syrupy body and tropical fruit intensity. Cup score: 87.25.
